Welcome to Natural Touch Therapy

Clinic Availability

As my work continues to grow across both clinical practice and professional education, I have made the decision to move to dedicated clinic days rather than offering appointments across multiple days each week.

This change allows me to continue providing the highest standard of care to my clients while also dedicating time to developing new training programmes, educational resources and evidence-based wellness services.

Appointments are now more limited than in previous years, so I recommend booking in advance wherever possible.

If you would like to arrange an appointment, please get in touch for my current availability.

Thank you for your continued support. I look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.

A Small Change That Makes a Big Difference

From January 2026, all of my treatments will include a lymphatic assessment and lymph-focused work as part of each session.

This is an evolution in how I work, inspired by my continued training, and reflects a deeper understanding of how the body heals. The lymphatic system plays a vital role in reducing inflammation, supporting recovery, and helping treatments be more effective — and everyone has some level of lymphatic restriction.

Why the Lymphatic System Matters

The lymphatic system is responsible for clearing waste, excess fluid, and inflammatory by-products from the body. Unlike the circulatory system, it doesn’t have its own pump — it relies on breathing, movement, and manual stimulation to function well.

In reality, everyone has some level of lymphatic congestion, whether they are experiencing pain, stiffness, fatigue, stress, or simply the effects of modern life. When lymph flow is restricted, the body’s ability to heal and respond to treatment is reduced.

By assessing and supporting lymphatic flow first, treatments can be:

  • More effective
  • Longer lasting
  • Gentler on the body
  • Better aligned with how the body naturally heals

What This Means for Your Treatment

If you’ve been coming to see me for a while, this may feel a little different from what you’re used to — especially at the start of a session. Treatments will now include:

  • A brief lymphatic assessment
  • Gentle, targeted techniques to support lymph flow
  • Bodywork that builds on this foundation

While the approach may feel subtler at first, the goal is to create better conditions within the body so that deeper or more specific work has a greater and more lasting effect.

An Evolving Focus

This shift reflects how my own understanding of the body and healing continues to evolve. Rather than focusing solely on tight muscles or painful areas, treatments will now prioritise supporting the systems that allow the body to regulate, recover, and heal more effectively.

I truly believe this change can only benefit my clients — supporting not just symptom relief, but overall health and wellbeing.

If you have any questions about this new approach, I’m always happy to talk it through with you during your session.

I look forward to welcoming both new and existing clients and sharing this next chapter of my work with you.
