  • Your first treatment will require an online consultation form to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment.   All information is held in complete confidence.
  • Holistic/Complementary Therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment but often work well alongside it. If you have a medical problem it is wise to seek your GP’s advice before booking a treatment. You may, of course, phone me to discuss suitable therapies.

* Payments for treatments by contactless card payments, cash, PayPal, or bank transfer/mobile phone payment.

Natural Touch aims to offer the highest standards of professional services but to do this please be aware of the following conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Natural Touch Therapy considers itself very flexible and considerate of all clients in accommodating their appointments but unfortunately an increase in ‘no-shows’ and last-minute cancellations/rescheduling of appointments has disadvantaged business enormously and has also meant that other clients cannot book those time slots.  With this in mind, it has meant that the booking conditions and cancellation policy have needed to be revised.

Late Arrivals

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients, if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to carry out your treatment.  Your treatment will still be chargeable. I will try to accommodate you the best I can, however, I may not be able to perform the full service and your treatment time may be affected.  The full treatment price will still be payable.

Cancellations/Alterations/Rescheduling Appointments

ALL appointments will have the following booking/cancellation policies in place..

  1. Cancellations/rescheduling of appointment more than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment – full refund (if paid upfront), no cancellation charge
  2. Cancellations/rescheduling of appointments less than 24 hours – £15.00 cancellation fee chargeable*
  3. ‘No Show’/no contact or on-the-day cancellations – full payment of lost appointment required.  Should an appointment be re-booked, full payment for a new appointment is required on booking.
  4. For appointments where the total cost of treatment is more than £40.00 then a 50% deposit is required on booking.  The above cancellation terms apply with regard to appointments.
  5. Bookings made with gift vouchers that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the above £15.00 cancellation fee being deducted from the value of the voucher.  No show/no contact or on-the-day cancellations – forfeit of voucher/voucher void.
  6. Throughout December 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling of appointments due to it being a very busy time of year.

If these fees are not paid I am unable to book future appointments.  I do appreciate that life happens and some things are unavoidable so exceptions may be made at my discretion.  I hope that you can understand that any cancellations and no-shows directly impact my business and income.

Repeat cancellations/alterations/rescheduling of appointments may result in removal from my client database and future appointments being refused.

* Note cancellation messages received after closing (5 pm) for appointments the next day will be considered the same as ‘on-the-day’ cancellations as messages will not be picked up until the following day.  Therefore, full payment will be required/lost/voucher forfeited.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.  Under exceptional circumstances, treatments can be exchanged for an alternative treatment at my discretion. The treatment price must be greater than or equal to the gift value.  All gift vouchers come with an expiry date of 6 months. After this time they are non-redeemable.

Block Bookings

For block bookings or courses of treatment, full payment is required on or before the first appointment.  The course of treatment is to be completed within 9 months of purchase. Cancellation terms and fees still apply.

Bank Transfers

I am more than happy to accept a bank transfer as a means of payment for treatment however payment by this means is required prior to your appointment or during your appointment.

When you book with Natural Touch Therapy you are given a secured appointment. This means that time has been specifically set aside JUST FOR YOU. I sometimes have to turn clients away because I am fully booked.

With every professional business, there is a serious side… Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate how I bring the best customer service to you.  I am very lucky to have such a loyal client base and fortunately, I do not have to enforce these T&C’s too often.
